Product Description

• Sod is cut fresh to order to ensure you are getting a quality product

• All of our sod is grown without the use of plastic netting.  This is beneficial for various reasons. . .​​​​

  • The sod is mature, and fully rooted​

  • It will establish itself quickly as it has a mature root system

  • By using non netted sod you avoid having plastic residue throughout your lawn

• Our sod comes in 2 ft X 5 ft rolls, totaling 10 sq ft per roll. 

• We are more than happy to accommodate any size order.

• One pallet of sod is 540 sq ft (or 54 rolls)

• We are currently offering Tall Fescue.

Ordering your Sod

 

• Please call (540) - 532 - 2700 to speak with David about placing an order.  We are happy to take the time to answer any questions you may have about the product, or your specific application.

• Please try and place your order at least one day prior to your planned pick up date

• Payment is due at the time the order is placed

• Please refer to our Sod Care page for tips on measuring your area

 

Picking Up Your Sod

​

• We are currently harvesting in a field off Route 7 on the West side of Berryville VA. Please call for directions to the field.

• Pickup times are between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.

• More often than not we are able to provide service on weekends, just give us a call to set up an appointment!

• Delivery is available for larger orders, we are able to deliver with a tractor trailer or a straight truck.​​ Please ensure there is enough space for a large truck to turn around.

  • Tractor trailer has a forklift that rides with it, so we have the ability to unload at the destination​

  • Straight truck does not have a forklift, so there must be a set of forks at the destination that you can unload the sod with

Additional Information

​

• If you choose to transport your sod on a wooden pallet there will be a $20.00 deposit fee for each pallet.  This deposit will be refunded to you if the same pallet(s) is returned to us in good condition within 30 days of the purchase.
